摘要

Thermographic techniques for flaw detection in structures have significantly matured in the last two decades. This is due in part to advancements in infrared (IR) imagers and data acquisition systems. These advancements enable the accurate measurement of small temperature variances in the surface of a structure due to subsurface flaws and assist in improved flaw characterization.
