A superconductive hot-wire anemometer has been developed for the measurement of low speed helium vapor flow around 2 K. The hot-wire is made of gold-tin superconductive thin film vacuum deposited on outer surface of fine quartz fiber. The calibration result of the hot-wire in a wind tunnel indicated that the two coefficients, A and B, in King's law, E{sup}2 = A + B{the square root of}U, should be given as function of pressure for computer aided anemometer.
