Brillouin study of pseudosurface and high-frequency pseudosurface acoustic waves in (110) InSb

Information on surface acoustic waves in InSb is scarce, in particular, those regarding pseudosurface (PSW) and high-frequency pseudosurface (HFPSW) acoustic waves. We report here results of a study of Brillouin scattering from these and generalized surface acoustic waves (GSW) propagating along various directions on the (110) plane of InSb.
