摘要

The application of Li batteries is becoming more prevalent, and demand for next generation of energy storage for transportation and renewable energy is becoming very high. We give here a synthetic overview of the remarkable advances taken over the past few years to interpret and extract quantitative information from the Raman microprobe analysis of electrode materials used as negative and/or positive electrodes in Li or Li-ion batteries. The results obtained highlight the extraordinary potential of Raman microspectrometry to get structural information on the material under operation and to provide insight into the mechanisms governing the electrode performances 1.
