Raman spectroscopy and resonance Raman spectroscopy are important tools for the analysis and identification of biological species[1-51.As much, Raman spectroscopy is extremely useful for a vast number of applications. However, the Raman scattering cross section of most biological macromolecules is extremely small, which generally limits its potential uses.
