Development 2-step compression molding for Nd-Fe-B anisotropic bonded magnets

摘要

Nd-Fe-B anisotropic bonded magnet with radial magnetization is useful for miniaturizing or energy-saving for the motors used in various information apparatus. However, it has not been widely accepted in the market because of its high cost. The cost is mainly brought by low productivity and short life of molding dies in the manufacturing process.
