In the paper, the graphics system implementation is mainly based on the function of OpenGL. The system can show 2D and 3D graphics in Web-based environment such as VR-browser. The user can pre-draw the curves or surfaces by assigning these points in graphics area. Afterward the user can drag the control point of the curves or surfaces to modify the graphics in real-time. And then the user can select to save files or to change other variable value on the curves or surfaces, such as weight, color...etc. Finally, the user can convert the browser graphics to a VRML file to realize 3D graphics on the VR browser. The purpose of this study is to develop an Integrate Graphics Learning Real-time System. The reason why we developed and designed the computer graphics system is that improving CAD training is very important. We found out that it's necessary to learn CAD in network. Drawing the real-time complex curves and surfaces in the network browser is a new technology nowadays.
