摘要

In this paper, the authors consider analog-to-digital converter testing in the frequency-domain. A discrete-Fourier transform based algorithm is described that is optimized for an efficient exploitation of testing resources. The procedure is based on an energy-related algorithm and on the zero-order Discrete-Prolate Spheroidal Sequences. The method is first described and then analyzed in view of its robustness against ADC model inaccuracies.
