摘要

This paper elaborates on some aspects of the technology developing of a new group of microwave dielectrics with ε' = 40 ÷ 90 based on titanates and their mixtures, especially on the base of barium titanates doped with ions of metals from the lanthanum group Re => Sm, Gd, Nd, La, Pr. All dielectrics were manufactured by the typical ceramics technology. The dielectric parameters such as ε' and tgδ{sub}ε have been measured by the Rayleigh-Ritz resonant method as well as in constant room temparature as in the function of variable temperature.
