摘要

In this work we present two processes for the regioselective synthesis of sucrose monoesters. The first is enzymatic, and is carried out in a medium constituted by two miscilbe solvents, namely tert-amyl alcohol and dimethylsulfoxide. The second is chemical, and is based on the use of simple basic catalysts in dimethylsulfoxide. The regioselectivity of both methdologies will be compared.
