PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF P(HB-HV)/PLA MICROSPHERES

摘要

This study confirms that the technology of preparation was successful and the blend of biodegradable materials PHB-HV)/PLA as matrices of microspheres is a new approach to prepare sustained release drug formulation. The DZP-P(HB-HV)/PLA-MS suspension solution formulation promotes the drug bioavailability compared with DZP solution.
