The calculations of unsteady aerodynamic characteristics of turbomachine cascades, which determine aerodynamic damping and aerodynamic coherence of blade oscillations as well as the region of oscillation instability (flatter) are faced with difficulties caused by geometrical complexity of blade profiles and flow path. In the three-dimensional (3D) formulation, this problem was tackled well enough only for the cascades of weakly loaded lifting surfaces [1-3]. The objective of the present work was to develop the method for calculating unsteady aerodynamic characteristics of 3D rotating cascades with oscillating blades in the uniform flow of incompressible fluid, taking into account blade thickness and steady-state aerodynamic loading.
