Problems of resource management at unprofitable mines

摘要

The article presents the managerial models, which describe mechanism of regulation of irretrievably unprofitable mines' resources in order to approach those mines to the breakeven threshold on the non-subsidized basis, and to partially relocate their resources in favor of perspective mines.
