Simulating a workgroup's real-time and multi-tasking performance using organization choice model

摘要

Major organizational accidents are result of the interactions of many factors such as human, environment and other artifacts intermediating between them. Especially, when the complex system is monitored by a crew and/or team, the organizational behaviors emerging out of the interactions among the team members would become more complicated.
