The possibility of the stereoscopic LED display using lenticular elements, which separate the stereo-scopic images into each eye, is discussed. The relations between the pitch of LED panel, the pixel aperture ratio, the pitch of lenticular elements, viewing distance and the viewing areas are analyzed. Comparision of with stereoscopic LED display using parallax barrier is also discussed. The number of viewers of stereoscopic LED display using lenticular elements is revealed to be superior in the case of commercially available LED panel with 4.0mm dot pitch.
