The main physical and chemical characteristics of the two biosurfactants (Mannosylerythritol Lipids (MELs) and Glyceride - surfactant) produced with Candida antarctica were invesitgated. It showed that all the characteristics of MELs were better than the synthesized surfactant Tween 20. And glyceride - surfactant was determined as a fair nonionic surfactant, its HLB was between 3 to 6, kept its stability under 30 deg C approx 100 deg C, its cmc was 0.073
