摘要

We succeed in preparing the ZnS:Er~(3+) films that show a "red" electroluminescence which has not been reported so far using the deposition equipment developed by us. Although the wavelength values of the emitted light of this ZnS:Er~(3+) film are the same as those of the usual ZnS:Er~(3+) films, the emission intensity of the long wavelength line is stronger than that of the short wavelength line, being opposite to the usual ZnS:Er~(3+) film whose emission color is green.
