This paper introduces the method of information distribution to calculate fuzzy risk with incomplete-data set. We focus on a calculation case of the risk of crop flood in Huarong county, Hunan province, China. The comparison of our proposed method with the traditional probability method shows that the new approach can give a better result to support risk management in crops avoiding flood.
