Space charge effects in the intense electron beams related to the electron cooling systems

摘要

The review of researches performed by JINR-CERN-ITEP collaboation in 1994-1995 and by JINR group in 1996-1998 years is presented. The research has the goal to study theoretically and experimentally a possibility of electron beam space charge neutralization and formation of a stable and intense neutralized electron beam (NEB).
