Resistance prediction method of foil augmented CAT

摘要

A mathematical model is presented predicting the resistance of foil augmented cat., the proposed formula and method are based on the series model experiments, from which the lift and resistance of demi-hulls and foils are calculated and analyzed. This prediction method can be extended to the foil augmented cat. with similar demi-hull type and different foil parameters.
