The benefit of a double shell construction for outdoor enclosures

For a long time, outdoor enclosures have become a permanent fixture in the appearance of our cities. Different kinds are to be found; small housings attached to a wall or mast, large housings on roofs or installed on the ground. Apart from the various designs, the housings also differ in the materials from which they are manufactured. Plastic, metals and even concrete are used. The material and the size depend on the respective purposes for which the housing is required. For example, these are distribution cabinets for electrical supply networks, enclosures to house components of the water or gas supplies, for control systems and for data and telecommunications components.
