摘要

The production of neutral vector mesons ρ{sup}0, ω{sup}0, Φ{sup}0 in hadron - hadron collisions is considered as a method of the proof of quark existence in virtual state and the quark fractional charge examination. The estimates of considered process cross sections are given. The separation from other hadron processes is discussed.
