The pilot plant (5000T/Y) of salt-containing extractive distillation process of ethanol-water-ethandiol-KAc system was simulated. Salt-containing vapor-liquid equilibrium was calculated by use of Salt-Containing Local Composition Model (SCLCM). The simulation data was agree with actual data.
