PURPOSE: Provided are elimination method of pitch solution from ammonia distillation tower and its device. The method provides the improved ammonia distillation tower in which the coal tar type pitch is eliminated and dissolved easily, recovering it as a by-product for other use. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a storage part(100) of the pitch solution wherein an input equipment is inputting the pitch by making the load pressure at the bottom part of the distillation tower and a vessel is connected to it to receive the pitch; a dissolving part(200) of the pitch which has a dissolving tank, supplied with the absorbing oil, being connected to the above vessel and the delivery pipe; a delivery part(300) which is equipped with the storage tank(310) of the dissolved pitch and delivers the vapor generated in the dissolving tank to the front of the fan(500); and a control part wherein temperature and pressure of the above vessel and the dissolving tank together with the level of the solution are detected and the flow of the pitch is controlled accordingly.
