The environments and the highway affect reciprocally, and the environments must be taken into account during the constructing of highway. This paper talks about the interrelation between the environments and the highway, and discusses the measure of protecting environments on Qinghai-Tibet highway Along which the high-ice frost is rich in the depth of 0.5 approx 1.5 meters under the upper limit of permafrost, which is adjacent to the earth's surface, and is sensitive to the influence of nature and the artificial factors.
