摘要

This paper mainly deals with the relationship between the blank holder forces and the effects of different lubricants through the measurement of coefficient of friction during drawing. The results are as follows: The higher the viscosity of a lubricant, the better is the effect of lubrication and the less is the lubricant being affected by blank holder force. Blank holder force has more effect on water base lubricant than oil base lubricant, and there is optimal blank holder force. This experimental study will be useful in the selection of lubricants and in the optimization of blank holder forces in practice.
