摘要

A newly created bioluminescent Pseudomonas putida BLU harboring TOL plasmid was used to quantitatively examine its growth and bioluminescence output by degrading m-toluic acid (m-TA) as the sole carbon source in a mixed culture with the wild strain of P.putida mt-2 and in activated sludge.In the activated sludge introduced with the bioluminescent strain,the bioluminescence output corresponded well with the degradatio nof m-TA for a long-period fill and drew culture,showing the bioluminescent m-TA-degrade can be well incorporated into the activated sludge.
