Introduction Supercapacitors (SC) are devices based on double-layer capacitance store energy in a polarized double layer at the interface between an ionically conducting electrolyte solution and an electronically conducting electrode. Material science, nanotechnology and electrochemistry are of crucial importance in discovery of SC capability (advance of technical characteristics and diminution in value). Key problem for further creating modern SC is development of novel electrode materials, which have to satisfy the specifications [1]
