Neural network with complex number input: behavior around singular point

摘要

Recently, we have studied on behavior of a neural network in response to complex number input, and showed that singular points exists in the output of the neuron. In this work, the behavior around the singular points is studied in detail, and special state, which has an extraordinary large Lyapunov exponent, is found around the singular points.
