Measurement of radiance temperature distribution of a comparison blackbody

摘要

When two radiation thermometer scales are compared with a comparison blackbody, it is very important to know the temperature distribution of the blackbody for the estimation of comparison uncertainty. The difference in position or size of the targets are the main cause of the uncertainty. In addition, when the two radiation thermometers have different wavelength, the effect is more complicated. This research is to measure the radiance temperature distribution not only at the base but also at the side of the cavity with different wavelengths and estimate the uncertainty of comparison.
