Multi-body dynamics of automobile drivelines: an investigation into the interaction between shuffle and clonk

摘要

This paper highlights a multi-body dynamic model of a rear drive light truck with a two piece driveshaf configuration. The results of the analysis clearly show the short duration audible high frequency clonk, occurring with every cycle of thedriveline shuffle.
