摘要

The methods of synthesizing 2,4,6-trinitro-2,4,6-triazacyclohexanone(Keto-RDX, or K-6) are presented in this paper. Using urotropine, urea or nitrourea as reactants, the Keto-RDX was synthesized in several kinds of nitrating agents. More than 100% and more than 90% yield of Keto-RDX were acquired in the nitrating agents of the mixture of nitric-and sulfuric acid containing poly-phosphoric acid and the mixture of nitric- and sulfuric acid respectively. The product obtained in the two kinds of nitrating agents above was a mixture of crystal Keto-RDX and RDX. However, about 50% yield of pure Keto-RDX was directly separated via using nitric acid as a nitrating media. Besides , the effects of different factors on the yield of Keto-RDX and the reaction mechanism of forming the product were discussed, preliminary.
