We set up a variety of experiment method for the sensitivity to evaluate the explosive's safety in thermal environment. On the base of Henkin delay time experiment method, we set up the experiment equipment condition and method to test the explosion point in 5 second and thermal explosion critical temperature in 1000 second of explosive sheet.The thermal explosion of explosive cylinder is based on the Frank-Kamentskii thermal equivalent equation. The explosive cylinder would be exploded when the heat from thermal decomposition is more than its heat-lossing ratio because of thermal accumulation, we put the explosive cylinder into the heater of air in the ODTX thermal explosion experiment. According to the temperature-time curve and thermal explosion phenomena in experiment period. The explosive cylinder's critical temperature and delay time of explosion can be attained. Two Φ 12.7x25.4 mm standard explosive cylinders are put into the closed sample reactor in limit thermal experiment, with certain temperature into the air heater, and judge the experiment reaction level according to the destruction degree of the reactor in thermal explosion experiment.
