New thermosetiing coatings using blocked carboxyl groups

摘要

A new blocking method of carboxyl groups by allkyl vinyl ethers and crosslinking reaction between blocked carboxyl group and epoxide were studied. Polyhydric carboxylic acids were esterified with alkyl vinyl ethers to obtain blocked carboxylic acids having the hemiacetal esters moieties.
