The development and management of shallow sea beach i nchina has made some achievements, but faces some problems at the same time, such a lack of integral layout, disequilibrium between the development of various districtsand serious environmental pollution. One of the main causes is the low degree of th informationization of shallow sea beach development nad management. This paper analysis the status of the informationization of shallow sea beach development and management in china, searches the chinese documents about shallow sea beach development and management on Internet. It is concluded that chinese information about shallow sea beach ahs been developed on iternet in the early stage, but the documents lack integration. It is proposed to develop a synthesis web page about shallow sea beach development and management on internet. SOme proposals are pointed out to improve the informationization of shallow ssea beach development and management in china.
