摘要

Stable pressure of gas collector will be beneficial to prolonging coke oven抯 life, consuming less energy and decreasing pollution. However, it is difficult to control the pressure with regular methods because the collector pressure control system is a non-linear multi-variable system which is strongly coupled and disturbed. In this paper, a hybrid control approach which incorporates PID control with feed-forward control and expert control is presented. It integrates simplicity, reliability,flexibility and rapidity in restraining disturbance by making full use of each method's advantages. Practical results in industry show the effectiveness.
