STUDY AND SCALE-UP OF A NANOPRECIPITATION PROCESS

摘要

This work presents an original process of nanoprecipitation used for the production of colloidal polymeric drug vectors. Various process parameters have been studied. The most important are the nature of the organic solvent and the concentration of polymer. These key parameters allow to control the final size of particles.
