The information, observations, recommendations and conclusions in the following are the results of nine years of field studies, with the impedance test method. The author has worked in the measurement field for the Biddle Instrument Group for 15 years. The study of low level Impedance measurements has been combined with his prior experience performing ultra-low resistance micro-ohm measurements. The progression from battery strap resistance measurements to cell impedance measurements was a natural development.
