This paper presents the results of wind tunnel tests of Silesian Stadium in Chorzow. Tests were carried out at the Institute of Aviation in Warsaw. Model, made to 1:150 scale, was set up behind a turbulent flow development system. Experimental data were obtained by measuring the values of average and instantaneous fluctuations of pressure coefficient C_p on the roof of this stadium. It has been found that for the same directions of wind maximum local values of the mean pressure coefficient C_p are approximately -2.0. Instantaneous fluctuations of the pressure coefficient may be about 3.5 times higher than the average pressure values. The intensity of the pressure coefficient fluctuations falls mainly in the range from 0.25 to 0.4, except in some points, where the average values of the pressure coefficient are very small. Autocorrelation functions and spectra were also obtained.
