In this work the theory, analysis and a practical implementation of a method of measurement of relative dielectric permeability (epsilon)*(velence)(epsilon)'- i (centre dot)(epsilon)" of materials in a frequency range from 0.5 up to 25 GHz is considered. Values of epsilon' were measured in a range from 2 up to 200 relative units and values of dielectric losses tg(delta) (epsilon"/epsilon') in a range from 5(centre dot)10~(-5) up to 2(centre dot)10~(-2).
