A personalized object-oriented method to manage software development processes

In the use of new information technologies, the VCA (Verrerie Cristallerie d'Arques) Company looks in priority for its users satisfaction. With this objective, the Method and Technological Support Departement proposes two complementary tools: ROM (Rapid -Object -Modeling) and GOM(Generic -Object -Modular). These CASE (Computer-Aided Software Engineering) tools take into account the complexity of business objectives and strategies, and furnish efficient flexible tools for managing the company in any situation. They integrate the Object technology: ROM leans on the "use-cases" from I. Jacobson, and allows the simulation of the users activities. GOM makes use of the Object oriented development and the applications creation by generic models.
