Building Better Command Behaviors

摘要

This paper will review the issues and benefits of using command agents. It will touch on the processes and difficulties in command behavior development. It will discuss in more detail the concepts and techniques created to aid these processes. It will examine the advantages to using the ASCF Constraint satisfaction approach to modeling of command decision making, using some examples to illustrate the benefits both in the design and implementation stages. Finally, it will briefly outline how the program is currently working on both applying these techniques and developing new ones to allow the successful modeling of joint operational planning.
