We analyze the spherically symmetric Einstein field equation for a massless complex scalar field. We find starlike solutions but the mass increases linear with the radius. This shows us a clustering of the massless scalar field which cannot be classified by the cold or hot dark matter categories. For the Newtonian solutions of this model, we derive flat rotation curves and find good conformity with observed rotation curves of galaxies.
