Over the past 10 years,the Capral Kurri Kurri Smelter has moved away from traditioal amnagemnt proactices to a team-based orgnaisation.To ensure the profitability of the Kurri Kurri Smelter in a very competitive industry,it is impeative that all employees take resoponsibility for the manageemnt of their immediate working nvironemtn.THis management ystem increases the involvement of all employees in the decision making porcess and pormotes ownership,iitiative and leadership.
