After analyzing the characteristics of the vibratory acceleration signal in the procedure of the resonant Vibration Stress-Relief (VSR), in this paper a real-time on-line spectral analysis system is designed and implemented, in which a full-cycle automatic sampling circuit based on Phase Locked Loop (PLL) is constructed to overcome the frequency domain leakage during the spectral analysis, and an eight-order aliasing elliptical filter is designed to solve the frequency domain aliasing problem in the spectral analysis. The effectiveness of the system has been proved by experiments.
