Generally, evaluating methematical model of a training simulator mainly depends on whether this simulator gives the same static and dynamic feelings to trainees as the practical one does. Because of this characteristics of the training simulator, a fuzzy modelling method, based on the feeling from operators, will be put forward by this paper. As a first step, we choose a model structure concerned with feeling modality. Then we take the operating feeling difference between the simulator and practical one from the skill operators as input of fuzzy component. The next step is according to fuzzy rules to adjust parameters of the model until the static and dynamic feelings of simulator become accord with those of practical one. By the instances of simulating, the method can be demonstrated effectively.
