摘要

As a sensing component of the direct mass flow sensor, the cantilever U-type tube is one of the typical structures. Based on the finite element model of elastic tube, this paper investigates the frequency characteristics of the flexural vibration of U-type tube. The varying laws of the first and second natural frequencies of the flexural vibration of U-type tube are presented under the different ratio between the circular radius and the straight length of the tube. The optimal structural parameters of U-type tube are dtermined based on the principle of the lowest natural frequency. The obtained results are of theoretical role in developing the direct mass flow sensor.
