One-stage pneumatic digital servo valve

摘要

A pneumatic digital control valve actuated by a stepper motor is presented. To eliminate the quantitative error of the conventional stepping valve, a new approach is introduced to control the angular displacement of the stepper motor continually. BOth static and dynamic characteristics of the valve are testified to be at fairly high level by theoretical analysis and experiment.
