摘要

This paper describes optimum configuration design on port logistics system for bulk cargo. In order to realize the multi-objective optimization on economic result, operational ability and yard utility, system evaluation criteria are establishedas: (1) total net present value of system; (2) average port staying time of ships; (3) utility rate of yard. The fuzzy set theory is applied to deal with the uncertainty in human decision and to determine the reasonable Pareto optimal solution meetingdesigned degree of human preference satisfaction. The optimal search method combined with simulation is established as the algorithm. An actual case is examined to confirm the validity and reliability of the method. Finally, the sensitivity analysis ofthe optimal result is examined.
