The heat transfer and the erosion on the surfaces of the immersed tubes in fluidized beds are closely related with the two phase flow pattern inside, especially with the distribution of particle velocity and particle concentration. Starting with the two phase flow model based on particle dispersion mechanism, a set of ordinal differential equations of two phases for the fully developed flow status is devleoped to obtain the radial distributions of particle velocity and particle volume fraction in beds. The distributions of the temperature and the erosion rate are then evaluated by the solution of energy equation of two phases and by using a correlation for tube erosion. This approach offers a qualitatively guide for the mechanism anylysis of the complicated internal processes in beds.
